I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 1980 and jump started my career as a Pastry Chef locally at the Ithaca Bakery. I have been baking and cooking ever since I was a young child and found it very healing. Today my joy is to support my clients with healthy, delicious food in the comfort of their home.

I am very fortunate to live in Ithaca New York where there are abundant resources to buy a variety of Organic food. You can find me most weekends at the fabulous farmers market where I purchase most of my local organic produce. My favorite stand is Ithaca Organics.


I prefer to cook with Organic food as much as possible. From the Farmers Market to Green Star Coop and even Wegmans and Aldi I find all my Organic fruits,vegetables and meats for the menu that I have created.  If you are on a budget that doesn’t allow for this,I will work with you and shop your preferences.


I am here to support you in your dietary needs. Whether it be Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian etc. I can work with you to create a healthier you.
